Welcome to Lake Katrine Apartments.

We encourage residents to activate their Tenant Portal. This portal allows tenants to schedule, pay, and then track their rent payments securely online using their choice of payment options. We also offer an online system for the submission of routine property-related issues. If there is a property emergency and you feel resident safety or property is at risk, please contact us immediately.

We appreciate our residents respect of our managed property and encourage tenants to be good neighbors. Please leave common areas as they were found and please let us know if there is anything that requires our attention.
